Note: All product return or replacement request should be done within 72 hours after receiving the product. After ending this time period, no product return/replacement request will be accepted.
How to request for a return/replacement of a product?
If you wish to return your product then, you can Contact OrponBD Customer Service at 01611137175, or submit a complaint/request for return by send a message to our Facebook page by mentioning your order number.
Conditions for returning a product
If you want to return/replace your received product then you must maintain the following criteria:
Product must be bought from OrponBD online store.
You must deliver to us the accurate product for replacement.
Any product logo, brand protection sticker, IMEI number, the barcode that comes with the particular product should be in fresh condition and on its accurate place.
Your product voucher and money receipt must be matched with our copies.
Must contain complete product (like instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, or any items provided with your purchased product).
Must be unused and in good condition (undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes).
Note: If your return product does not meet our return policy, we will call you to explain the issue and return the product to you. You can still claim warranty if you have.

Step 1: Read carefully of our Return & Replacement Policy and check if your product meets all the conditions for returning a product.

Step 3: Tell our Customer Service regarding your convenient method of product return method.
Step 4: After receiving a product return from you, our expert Technical Team will go through a Quality Check.
Step 5: If we find your product defective, you will get product Return/Replacement or Refund.
Note: You must present your Customer Copy of the Invoice, at the time of handing over the product.
